1. Business Manager Account Structure¶
UCCA operates two Meta Business Managers representing the two legal entities. Both are administered by Tim Rignold (Timothy St James personal Facebook account, admin@ucca.online).

Damien's BM was created independently from Tim's. Both reference the same US legal entity. Damien's BM holds the actual US Facebook Pages. Tim has full access. This BM should be treated as the US asset container long-term.

Note
App is live and API-verified. Basic settings save is blocked by Meta form bug — fix when ucca.online/privacy page is live. Business verification required to publish and access production WhatsApp API.

Note
ucca.au was purchased 2026-03-05 specifically to unblock AU business verification. NS records being delegated to Cloudflare via VentraIP. Once propagated, domain verification will complete the AU business verification flow.
4. AU Business Verification¶
Meta AU business verification was initiated 2026-03-05. The verification flow matches against ASIC public records.
Issues Encountered:
- ASIC registered phone (+61732210005) does not match any number we control — cannot receive SMS/voice verification via that path
- ASIC registered website (ucca.au / ucc*.au) — ucca.au was not owned at time of verification attempt
Resolution: purchased ucca.au 2026-03-05, delegating to Cloudflare, adding Meta TXT record — will retry domain verification once NS propagates
Next Steps:
- Wait for ucca.au NS propagation to Cloudflare (up to 48hrs, usually faster)
- Retry AU business verification → Domain verification → ucca.au
- Once verified: WhatsApp Business API access unlocked, RTOpacks WhatsApp number can be provisioned
- Future: update ASIC registered phone to +61422334489 via ASIC Connect
